James, Executive Chef
Originally from upstate New York, Chef Lazaros is graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Boston. He has 15 years of high-volume, corporate catering experience and describes his style of cooking as "comfort food with a Latin twist." Chef Lazaros specializes in creating innovative dishes that fuse contrasting cuisines. When he is not leading La Imperial Bakery, Chef Lazaros enjoys supporting other local businesses and exploring the City of Lakeland with his wife and two dogs.
Sarah, Head Baker
Originally from Michigan, Chef Lewkowski is graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Orlando. She has 10 years of professional baking experience. Chef Lewkowski enjoys creating home style favorites, like her Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Chef Lewkowski and her staff aim to make every pastry served at La Imperial Bakery crave worthy. When she is not at La Imperial Bakery Chef Lewkowski enjoys taking advantage of everything Florida life has to offer, especially visiting Disney World and going to the beach.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Aida is a graduate of Northeastern University's School of Journalism in Boston. She grew up in Winter Haven and wholeheartedly believes and supports small business. Aida and her Front of the House Team strive everyday to provide the best customer service experience possible. She is also the voice behind La Imperial's website and social media pages. When she is not serving customers or answering our customers messages Aida enjoys baking and exploring Central Florida with her husband and two dogs.
