At La Imperial our team members are our family, our guests are our friends & we will always do our absolute best to protect them! Our hope is to bring each and everyone of our customers a little bit of comfort during these ever changing times.

On July 2nd the Lakeland City Commission passed a mandate making masks mandatory in all indoor locations where social distancing is not possible. This mandate became effective July 2nd at 5:00 pm. Even though all of our tables are spaced at 6 feet apart, our dinning room is at less than 50% seating capacity, and there are social distancing markers throughout our establishment starting July 3rd we will be requiring EVERYONE, including team members and guests, who enter our building to WEAR A MASK. Those masks are allowed to be taken off while eating and/or drinking but must be worn at all other times, including when getting up from your table, picking up your order, and when placing your order.

We kindly ask for everyone's cooperation during this time as we work together to flatten the curve!

Here is what we are doing in order to help keep everyone as safe as possible when dinning with us:

  • Until further notice, everyone who enters our establishment, including both our team members and customers, MUST WEAR A MASK

  • Mandatory, daily no touch temperature checks for all team members prior to the start of their shift

  • Mandatory no touch temperature checks for all delivery and service personnel prior to entering our back of the house and storage areas

  • Continuous monitoring of our team members to ensure they are healthy and safe to work

  • Controlled scheduled shifts in which the same team members always work their shifts together

  • Enhanced cleaning/disinfecting procedures with a particular focus on high touch surfaces

  • All team members entering our main dinning room area, outside of the plexiglass area, are required to wear a mask

  • Plexiglass barrier between customers and team members in our Front of the House area

  • Reduced business hours in order to allow our team more time to properly sanitize all areas

  • Delivery available through Uber Eats and Postmates

  • Curbside Pickup and Take Out available

  • Reduced indoor seating capacity to below 50%

  • 6ft Social Distancing markers on the floor

  • Only single use, disposable plates and utensils are being used

  • Only single use, disposable menus are being used

  • Every team member is current on their SafeStaff Certification

  • Every member of our management team is current on their ServSafe Certification

  • Following all mandatory state and local regulations

This too shall pass Lakeland! Stay safe, stay healthy!
